OUR OPINION

Superb cabin with plenty of character and luxurious atmosphere for those who want the best in accommodation. Very unusual, fantasy style decor and stunning detailed carvings and decorations. This very spacious cabin can accommodate even a large party comfortably and would be ideal particularly for large families or two families sharing, as well as family celebrations and special occasions.

              Lak056 - Lakeland Villa
Lakeland Villa is located by the exceptionally clear Puruvesi Lake and is a truly unique property. The cabin has a dazzling variety of fascinating wood carvings entwined skillfully into the fabric of the building, which gives the cabin a magical feel. The cabin has excellent amenities and on the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a fabulous wood burning fireplace, two double bedrooms, modern kitchen and dining area, sauna, jacuzzi cubicle and a shower room.

The first floor is split into two areas, each with a separate staircase. This floor has one large double bedroom with a balcony that looks out over the lake and three sleeping alcoves with double beds and one smaller alcove for a child.

Outside, the cabin boasts a generous terrace area ideal for al fresco dining, a garden swing, long wooden pier, rowing boat and a large barbeque house that includes a fireplace, fridge and seating for parties and family get-togethers.

The setting is ideal for swimming and relaxing by the pier, but if you fancy a more active holiday, bicycles can be hired from the owners. Fishing equipment are also available and a fishing permit is included in the rental price.

To experience the beautiful Lakeland Archipelago with its blue lakes and small tree-covered islands first hand, take your rowing boat to the lake. In winter, snowmobiling safaris and snowshoe trekking are organised and cross-country skiing tracks run nearby. Toboggans will be available for children.
