A beautiful apartment in two floors. There is an entrance hall, living room, small kitchen, one bedroom, shower and sauna and a terrace downstairs and a second bedroom, sleeping mezzanine and a WC upstairs.

The apartment is positioned on a slope near the ski lifts in popular Tahko ski resort and affords beautiful views. All the amenities are easily reachable nearby in Tahkovuori village, while Kuopio 60km offers an ideal day trip destination with its shops, restaurants, museums and other attractions.  

Apartment amenities:
Electric sauna, shower, WC, fireplace and logs, microwave, electric oven and hobs, TV, radio, dishwasher, coffee maker, CD player, vacuum cleaner, toaster, fridge/freezer, child safety gate upstairs and a car heating point outdoors.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Bed linen and towels can be hired for 15 euros per person, while final clean on your behalf is compulsory and is charged at 80 euros (120 euros on Sundays).  

Location:
The apartment is located in Tahko ski resort, just 100m from the nearest cross-country ski tracks and ski lifts. There is a supermarket about 500 meters away in Tahkovuori village and a restaurant just 100 meters from the apartment.

Kuopio airport is located 30km away, while Kuopio town can be visited 60km away. Kuopio town jas a number of department stores and restaurants, as well as a 75m high Puijo Tower from where you can admire one of the best views in the Lakeland region while dining in the A la Carte restaurant or the more informal cafe, both of which go around 360 degrees in an hour.     

Tahko Ski Resort has 23 ski slopes for downhill skiing, 13 ski lifts and 2 half-pipes and a street for snowboarding. The resort also has a ski school and a ski hire shop. Children who are under 7 years old, wear a helmet and are accompanied by their parents, ski for free.

Fly on Finnair from London Heathrow, Manchester, Edinburgh or Dublin to Kuopio (30km from apartment) via Helsinki. Pick up a hire car at the airport.

Fly on Air Baltic from London Gatwick to Kuopio via Riga in Latvia. Pick up a hire car at the airport.

Fly low-cost on Ryanair from London Stansted, Dublin or Frankfurt to Tampere (350km from apartment). Pick up a hire car at the airport.

Fly low-cost on Blue1 from London Heathrow, Dublin,  Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Athens, Oslo, Hamburg, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Gothenburg or Nice to Kuopio via Helsinki (440km from apartment). Pick up a hire car at the airport.
