In order to facilitate your booking, Finnish Lakeside Cabins (Loimolankatu 17, 80200 Joensuu, Finland) needs to collect the names of all persons in your party, your address, your telephone number and your email address at the time of booking. The details we receive from you are used for booking and confirming your chosen holiday property and are never distributed to third party companies for marketing purposes. In order to allow the owners of the holiday properties to prepare fully for your arrival and for them to be able to contact you directly in case of a emergency, the names of all persons in your party, the ages of all children and the elderly, your nationality and your contact mobile telephone number while in Finland are forwarded to the owners soon after your reservation. If you have caused damage at the holiday property and have not reimbursed the owner during your rental period accordingly, your address, telephone number and email address may also be forwarded to the property owner, who may then contact you directly to claim for the damage caused. We will store your contact details in electronic form until the end of your rental period. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will continue to store your email address on our electronic mailing list after your rental period has ended, but all other details will then be stored in paper form only. The paper files are kept in our storage for six years until they are securely shredded and destroyed. Our email system is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected. Finnish Lakeside Cabins will only send mailings to existing customers, those who have subscribed to our mailing list and those who have requested such material by other means. Email addresses added to our mailing list subscription are never passed to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Anyone who no longer wishes to receive mailings and special offers from us, can opt-out at any time by contacting us via our email address escape@finnishlakesidecabins.com. Your personal online movements are not tracked by us and we do not place cookies on your personal computer.
