In order to facilitate your booking, we need to collect the names of all persons in your party, your address, your telephone number and your email address at the time of booking. The details we receive from you are used for booking and confirming your chosen holiday property and are never distributed to third party companies for marketing purposes. In order to allow the owners of the holiday properties to prepare fully for your arrival, the names of all persons in your party, as well as the ages of all children and the elderly, are forwarded to the owners 6 weeks prior to the first day of your rental period. If you have accidentally or on purpose damaged the actual holiday property, it's amenities or other associated services during your stay, your contact details including your address, telephone number and email address may be forward to the cabin owner, who will take the appropriate measures to claim for the damage caused. FinnishLakesideCabins.com will only send mailings to existing customers, those who have subscribed to our mailing list and those who have requested such material. Email addresses entered to our automated mailing list are never passed to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Anyone who no longer wishes to receive mailings and special offers from us, can opt-out at any time by contacting us via our email address unsubscribe@finnishlakesidecabins.com. Your personal online movements are not tracked by us and we do not place cookies on your personal computer.
