We strongly recommend that you pre-book all your safaris as demand can be very high particularly in December and during the peak ski season from February-March. Pre-booking will also allow you to plan your holiday better, as you will not have to waste precious holiday time locally at the resort trying to arrange safaris for your party at the last minute. We are partnered with experienced local safari companies and can easily pre-book all your preferred safaris prior to your departure to Finland, so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday once in Finland. All pre-booked safaris in Saariselka include complimentary car transfers between your accommodation and the safari departure point. If you book more than one safari, warm clothing will be in your use free of charge from your first safari till your last safari! Child prices in Saariselka vary according to season. The peak season prices apply 1 December 2011-9 January 2012. Children under 15 years old are transported on snowmobiles as passengers (adult price) or on sledges pulled by snowmobiles (child price).
