                                Sou040 - Swan
This huge cabin on the southern coast is luxurious and o
ffers plenty of comfort. The cabin has 7 bedrooms and all amenities, decor and furniture are modern and functional.

The cabin consists of two floors, where the downstairs has a kitchen, dining area with two large dining tables, lounge with sofas and a wood burning fireplace, 3 en-suite twin/double bedrooms, sauna, bathroom (two showers and WC) and a second sitting area for relaxing after sauna (sofa beds for four, small tables, TV and a second wood burning fireplace). The upstairs has a hall and four twin/double bedrooms.

Outdoors you will find a decked terrace with a small barbecue and patio furniture, while the (shared) sandy beach has a pier and a place for a campfire for warm evenings. The location of the cabin just an hour's drive from Helsinki is ideal if you wish to combine a cabin holiday with a short break in Helsinki, while the golfers are also well catered for as there is a high-standard golf course next door.

The cabin has peaceful surrounds where flowers, mushrooms, berries, fish and wildlife flourish. In spring and autumn many rare species of birds are spotted in the area.

Cabin amenities:
Electric sauna, 5 showers, 4 WCs, 3 hairdryers, washing machine, 2 fireplaces with logs, microwave, electric oven and hobs, TV, video recorder, hi-fi stereo, internet connection, shared pier (with the cabin next door), electric and under floor heating, dishwasher, double coffee maker, kettle, electric whisk, rowing boat, terrace, hoover, toaster, iron/ironing board, fridge/freezer, car heating point, a child safety gate in stairs and a barbecue.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bed linen and towels can be hired for €15 per person. Final clean in the cabin is included in the rental price. Toilet and kitchen roll, soap, washing-up liquid and cleaning products are also included.

Location:
The cabin is located in Rönnas, 3km from the small village of Isnäs and 26km east of Porvoo. The location is just 80km from Helsinki. The cabin offers sea views and the shallow sea shore is just 50m from the cabin. The nearest food shop is located 15km away, but a smaller bar where usual food items are sold is located just 3km away.

The 18+9 hole Rönnas Golf Course, located just 1km and a short walking distance away, is set in a varied landscape by the sea. The course is said to be one of the most beautiful golf courses in the whole country and is well worth a visit if you enjoy golf and fresh sea air!

The cabin is located near the King's Road, famous for it's medieval castles, grey stone churches, romantic old ruins and stately manor houses. Porvoo is the second oldest town in Finland, now renowned for its unspoilt Old Town and the majestic Cathedral, surrounded by charming 18th century wooden houses and narrow cobbled streets.

Loviisa 30km away is another pretty town along the King's Road. The town was built by the Swedish King Kustaa Adolf and the Old Town dates back to the 1800's and is known for its fortifications and wooden houses. Take a leisurely cruise to the Svartholma Sea Fortress from the harbour.

Archipelago Museum about 1km away is a charming small museum that tells the story of how people in the area have lived and made their living from the sea for many centuries. The museum is open during the high summer season.

The nearby Valkmusa National Park consists of the largest and most varied swamp areas in the Southern Finland. In summer the park is popular amongst hikers and in winter amongst cross-country skiers. High rocks and nature towers provide ideal spots for bird-watching and for enjoying the beautiful views.
