Winter cabin
Availability

The availability on our website is updated regularly, but is not shown in "real-time".
All bookings are therefore confirmed only once we have checked the exact up to date availability with the cabin owner.

Most of our cabins can be rented year round, but availability is usually shown on our website for the next six months or so only. If you are interested in a rental period that does not currently show on our website, please let us know.

Rates
The weekly rental rates displayed on our website are in pounds (£) per cabin except where otherwise stated. Short break rates are usually agreed with the individual cabin owner on a case by case basis.

Changeover Day
The cabin owner's preference for a changeover date is stated above the rental rates, but other options may be possible, particularly during off peak periods. If you would prefer to start your rental period on a different day from that stated, please let us know as many cabin owners are flexible and willing to accommodate alternative rental periods subject to availability.

Check-in and Check-out Times
The earliest possible arrival time is usually 16.00, although some owners allow arrival from 14.00 or 15.00 onwards. Please note that if you plan to arrive at a different time, for example during the night due to your late arrival in Finland, you must advise us about this as soon as possible, so we can try to arrange alternative key collection for you. Please do not assume that late arrival during the night is always possible, but ask for our advise before making your travel arrangements, as night arrival may cause significant inconvenience to the cabin owners, who usually welcome you on your arrival.

The latest possible departure time is usually 12.00, although some owners require that you leave by 10.00.

The exact check-in and check-out times in the cabin you have booked will be provided for your party once we have received your first rental payment or at any other time by request.

Short Breaks
Some cabin owners accept short breaks (min. 3 nights) year round, while some accept them at off-peak periods only. A few owners only accept weekly rentals.

Long Breaks
If you would like to rent a property for longer than a week, for example for 10 days, this is usually possible, although there may be some restrictions in place during peak periods that are often rented on a weekly basis (7 days) only. Two and three week bookings are of course allowed and there may be a discount if you wish to stay longer than 14 days.

Euro Bookings
We also accept euros and the exact euro rate is calculated using the up to date exchange rate on the day of your booking or enquiry.
