This spacious 5-star cabin can accommodate up to 8 people. The cabin has high quality amenities and a stylish interior throughout.

The cabin has a bright, modern kitchen and dining room, elegant sitting area with a soapstone fireplace and high quality furniture, sauna, shower and dressing room, upstairs TV area, one twin/double bedroom with a sofa bed for additional one person, second bedroom with bunk beds for two and a mezzanine with further two beds. A second sofa bed upstairs can sleep two additional people if required. 

The cabin is convenient for Tampere Airport and all the cultural and family attractions in the lively Tampere town. The immediate cabin surrounds are peaceful and the woods grow mushrooms and wild berries. Cross-country skiing is available in the nearby ski tunnel year round, while quad-bike and snowmobile safaris, canoeing and horse-riding are also available.

This cabin is suitable for people with limited mobility and those using wheelchairs. Catering services are available by prior booking.

Cabin amenities:
Electric sauna, shower room, 2 WCs, washing machine, fireplace and logs, microwave, electric oven and hobs, 2 TVs, video recorder, DVD player, PC computer with broadband internet connection, radio, CD player, electric heating, dishwasher, coffee maker, hoover, toaster, iron/ironing board, fridge/freezer, drying cupboard for wet ski suits, child safety gate in stairs and a car heating point. 

The cabin also includes a terrace, where you will find table, chairs and a barbecue where you can fry sausages or cook food in warm summer evenings.      

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bed linen and towels can be hired for €10 per person. Final clean in the cabin can be arranged on your behalf for €80.

Location:
The cabin is located 6km from Jämijärvi village and 25km from Kankaanpää town. The nearest airport is in Tampere 80km away. A public beach and a lake for swimming in summer is located 2km away, while the nearest neighbour lives 200m away.

Jämi Snow World just 500m away has a 625m long ski tunnel, where it is possible to cross-country ski all year round. A ski pass for 5 people to the ski tunnel is included in the rental price and cross-country skis can be hired in the Snow World. The resort also includes a small hill suitable for downhill skiing ideal for beginners and children.    

If you like to stay warm, the Ikaalinen Spa 25km away enjoys constant temperatures of +30C. The Spa has swimming pools, slides, jacuzzis and saunas that can be used for a small entrance fee. Massages, aromatherapy treatments and a number of restaurants are also available.  

Tampere 75km away is the third largest town in Finland and boasts a number of good restaurants, bars, department stores and attractions for the whole family. Särkänniemi Adventure Park for example has a wide variety of thrilling rides, a dolphinarium, aquarium, planetarium, children's zoo, the highest observation tower in the Nordic countries and even an art museum for the grown-ups. The rides and the zoo are open daily 30.4-14.8, while the other attractions are open all year round.  

Visit also the curious Moominvalley Museum in the centre of Tampere for Moomin illustrations, figurines and a computer enabled virtual tour of the famous Moomin House (open daily tuesday-sunday, monday in summer only).
